此方案以“仓储自动化”与“开料柔性化”为核心,通过机器人自动拣选、智能立库管理与柔性开料工作站的无缝协同,打通了从原料入库到精密加工的关键环节,最终实现了生产流程的无人化操作、板材的零损伤流转与极致利用率,助力东鹏在效率、成本与品质上实现全面突破。

This solution focuses on ' storage systems automation' and 'flexible cutting'. Through the seamless collaboration of robotic automatic picking, intelligent automated warehouse management and flexible material cutting workstations, it achieves unmanned operation of the production process, zero-damage transfer of materials and maximum utilization rate, enabling Dongpeng to achieve breakthroughs in efficiency, cost and quality.

仓储轨道机器人自动拣板上料

Storage system and robot automatic loading

智能仓储与机器人拣选系统是连接仓储与生产的核心枢纽。在MES生产系统与WMS仓储管理系统的统筹指挥下,该系统实现了从板材入库、精准存储到自动拣选、上料的全流程无人化作业。

Storage system and robot automatic loading system is core hub connecting warehousing and production. With the collaboration of the MES production system and the WMS warehouse management system, the entire process of unmanned operation, from board material warehousing and precise storage to automatic picking and loading, has been realized.

(1)智能调度,精准存取:WCS系统指令四轴机器人进行取料。机器人每次精准吸取一张板材,定位精度达±0.5mm,以60-80s/pcs的节拍,将板件放至指定开料机待料台,再由输送线体自动送入加工位;

Intelligent scheduling, precise storage and retrieval: The WCS system directly instructs the four-axis robot to pick up materials. The robot's positioning accuracy ±0.5mm, and it places a panel onto the designated cutting machine waiting table at a speed of 60-80s/pcs, and then the conveyor line automatically sends it to the processing position;

(2)无损抓取,高效分板:机器人配备特制吸盘抓手,能有效避免板件表面划伤;其内置的自动分板功能,可智能避免板材粘连,确保单张取料顺畅稳定;

Damage-free grabbing, efficient distribution: The robot is equipped with a special suction cup to prevent scratches on the surface of the board; the built-in automatic board separation function ensures smooth single-board picking;

(3)柔性仓储,可视管理:系统支持多仓位独立存储与管理,可灵活调取不同板件。每个仓位均能实时监测库存状态与数量,为MES系统提供精准数据支撑,实现仓储信息透明化管理。

Equipped with a central control system, integrates program management, it can seamlessly connect to the factory management system, enabling end-to-end data connectivity, improve collaboration efficiency, support in-depth personalized development, accurately adapt to production needs, and comprehensively enhance management and control efficiency.

智能开料:柔性生产,降本增效

Intelligent cutting: Flexible production, efficiency improvement

开料区由一拖二智能开料系统与两台NCG2812LR组成,以双机联动模式,提高加工自动化、精度与效率。

The cutting area consists of a one-to-two intelligent nesting system and two NCG2812LR machines, which work together in a dual-machine linkage mode to improve processing automation, precision and efficiency.

(1)自动化上料,板材零损伤:配备上料机实现全程自动上料,采用“免基坑” 安装技术,从根本上避免了因基坑落差造成的板材表面磕碰与划伤;

Automated loading and zero damage of the boards: Equipped with a gantry feeder, it achieves fully automated feeding and adopts 'pit-free' installation technology, which fundamentally avoids the impact and scratches on the surface of the board caused by the difference in the foundation pit;

(2)高速主轴,柔性加工:四九尺大规格加工台面配合高转速主轴及12位自动换刀刀库,可快速完成刀具切换,轻松应对复杂异形件的精密加工;

High-speed spindle, flexible processing: Equipped with a 49-foot table, high-speed spindle and a 12-slot ATC, it can quickly switch tools and easily handle the prosessing of complex and irregularly shaped parts;

(3)智能管控,降本增效:配备中控系统,集程序管理于一体,可无缝对接工厂管理系统,实现全流程数据贯通,提升协同效率,支持深度个性化开发,能精准适配您的特定生产需求,全面提升管控效率与满意度。
